ZAVO covers hypertrophy, running, power, nutrition, sleep, creatine, the menstrual cycle, mobility, fat loss, sport preparation, recovery, getting back in shape, strength and endurance, among others.
The proof, live
An honest coach sometimes says
“it depends”.
Then it shows you why. Watch it think:

0
topics, from hypertrophy to sleep
0
claims you can’t trace back to a study
And the day we can’t prove it, we don’t write it.

Locker-room myths
What everyone repeats.
What the studies actually say.
That number comes from a 1960s Japanese pedometer ad, not from a study. Most of the benefit lands between 6,000 and 8,000 steps a day (a little higher under 60), and every step before that already counts.
The “anabolic window” is far wider than that. What decides the outcome is your total intake for the day, not the stopwatch on your shaker.
Soreness measures how unfamiliar a movement was, not how good the session was. Plenty of progress happens without wincing on the stairs.
In the app, every verdict cites its studies exactly like this. There are more than 200.
Your cycle. Your call.
Turn it on and ZAVO factors in your cycle phase: it explains what is happening, eases the intensity slightly where the science supports it, and tells you honestly where the evidence runs out. “Cycle syncing” trends promise a lot; the research is far more cautious, and it will say so too.
Hormonal birth control, irregular cycle, or simply not in the mood to talk about it? ZAVO adapts, or never brings it up. Your data stays yours: hosted in Europe, never sold, deletable whenever you want.
For everyone. Genuinely.
The only limit is the science.
From weekend jogger to athlete in season prep. Beginners welcome, no jargon required, and your goal stays yours: ZAVO never lectures you, never breaks your streak (there isn’t one), never promises a miracle in 30 days. Proof, not opinions.
Health guardrails built in: medical questionnaire at sign-up, overtraining alerts, and a number-free nutrition mode if you’d rather not see figures.
Before you start
The questions we get asked.
Is this an app I have to install?
ZAVO runs in your browser, on iPhone and Android alike, and adds itself to your home screen in two taps. Nothing to download from a store.
What happens after the beta?
The beta is free, no card required. If ZAVO ever becomes paid, you’ll be told clearly beforehand, and your data stays deletable in one click.
Where does my health data go?
Hosted in Europe, never sold, deletable at any time from your settings. The cycle is optional: you can simply never mention it.
Does this replace a doctor or a physio?
No. ZAVO is an educational tool: medical questionnaire at sign-up, and it points you to a professional the moment the question is theirs to answer rather than its own.
What level and what equipment do I need?
No prerequisites at all. Gym, home, bodyweight only: your plan is built from what you actually have, and the time you actually have.
