The rules of the game. No fine print.

ZAVO (zavo.fit) is an AI-powered training coach: personalized training plans, session tracking, chat with the coach, nutrition targets. ZAVO is an educational training tool: it is not a medical device, it does not provide diagnoses and it does not replace the advice of a doctor, physiotherapist or any other health professional.

The service is for people aged 16 and over.

One account, one person. You agree to provide accurate information (your age and health answers calibrate your guardrails), to keep your password to yourself and not to lend your account to anyone. You are responsible for what happens on it.

Before generating your plan, ZAVO asks you the PAR-Q questions (the standard physical activity readiness questionnaire). Answer them honestly: they calibrate intensity and guardrails. If you report a medical condition, see a health professional before you start.

Training carries risks. Listen to your body: if you feel pain, discomfort or doubt, stop and get checked. In an emergency, call emergency services (112 in Europe).

ZAVO is currently in free, limited-time beta: the end date is announced publicly from the start (eight weeks, extendable once). During the beta, features may evolve, be added or removed without notice, and service interruptions are possible.

When the beta ends, your account and your data are kept: some features will become paid, the rest will stay free. You will never be charged anything without an explicit subscription on your part.

Beta testers who have completed at least one session will get the founder price on the subscription, kept for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption. Prices and sale conditions will be detailed in the terms of sale when the subscription opens.

To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, the AI features are capped: currently 50 messages per day in the coach chat, 3 program creations per day and 10 web-search messages per day. These values may change; the limits in force are the ones shown in the app.

These caps comfortably cover normal human use. They exist to block abuse, not to hold you back.

By using ZAVO, you agree in particular not to:

• systematically extract, copy or harvest the service’s content (scraping, bots, automated scripts), including generated plans, scientific verdicts and the library of studies
• circumvent the usage limits, the health guardrails or the service’s technical measures
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service or its content without written agreement
• use the service to cause harm, impersonate someone or attempt to access other users’ data

The ZAVO trademark (registered with the INPI under no. 5283967), the “L’Inflexion” logotype, the interface, the texts and the selection of studies that make up the service are protected. The scientific studies cited belong to their authors and publishers; ZAVO links to the original publications (DOI).

Your plan is yours: you can use it, export it and share it for your personal use. The rest of the service is licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, for as long as your account exists.

Plans and coach answers are generated by an AI grounded in scientific studies, with guardrails. An AI can still get things wrong or miss nuance: this content is educational information, not a prescription. Keep your critical mind and report any dubious answer to coach@zavo.fit.

ZAVO is provided “as is”, with the ups and downs of a beta service. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the consequences of training against medical advice or in disregard of the guardrails shown.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor your mandatory consumer rights.

You can leave whenever you want: Settings → Account → Delete my account. It is immediate, final, and all your data goes with it.

If these terms are breached (in particular scraping, account sharing or circumventing the limits), the publisher may suspend or close the account concerned, with notice except in urgent cases.

These terms may evolve (new features, opening of the subscription, legal obligations). If a substantial change is made, you will be notified in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use ZAVO after it takes effect counts as acceptance; otherwise, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent French courts, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
